Right of withdrawal — 14 days

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (for multi-part orders: of receiving the last item). To do so, notify us at kontakt@sleepee.pl — using a withdrawal form is optional.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us, to: Sleepee StoreIt, ul. Brukowa 20, 91-341 Łódź, Poland. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. Returned items must be unused and undamaged.

Refunds

We refund the payment, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Complaints

We are liable for defects under the statutory warranty for 2 years from delivery. Send the product with proof of purchase to the address above and describe the defect at kontakt@sleepee.pl. We respond within 14 days; if the complaint is accepted we repair or replace the product or refund the price, and cover the shipping costs.
