Orders and delivery
When will my order ship?
We prepare orders for shipment within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking link by e-mail.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery methods and costs for your country are shown at checkout before you place the order. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown in the store ship free of charge.
Returns and complaints
Can I return a product?
Yes — you can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know at hello@lovesleepee.com and send the product back within the next 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Details: Returns policy.
How do I file a complaint?
Write to hello@lovesleepee.com describing the defect and send the product with proof of purchase. We respond within 14 days. The statutory warranty lasts 2 years.
Choosing a product
Which TOG should I choose?
Go by the room temperature: 1.0 TOG for 22–24 °C, 2.5 TOG for 19–22 °C, 3.5 TOG for 16–19 °C. More in our sleeping bag guide.
How do I choose the size?
By your child's height, not age — every product has its own size chart.
Materials and care
Are the fabrics certified?
Yes — our fabrics are certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, tested for harmful substances.
How should I wash muslin products?
Machine wash at 30 °C on a delicate cycle, max 800 rpm. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Always check the care label on the product.

Not sure which TOG to choose?
TOG is a warmth rating. Summer and warm rooms → TOG 0.5–1.0. All year → TOG 2.5. Cold nights → TOG 3.5. We match it to your room temperature.
