Which TOG should I choose?
Go by the room temperature, not the season: 24–27 °C → TOG 0.5, 20–24 °C → TOG 1.0, 16–20 °C → TOG 2.5, below 16 °C → TOG 3.5. Every product page shows its TOG and the matching temperature range.
Which size will fit my baby?
Choose by your child’s height, not age. Measure from shoulder to heel and compare with the size chart on the product page — if between sizes, take the smaller one so the bag stays snug and safe.
What should my baby wear underneath?
TOG 0.5: a short-sleeved bodysuit or just a nappy in a very warm room. TOG 1.0–2.5: a long-sleeved bodysuit or light pyjamas. TOG 3.5: pyjamas. Check the neck and tummy — warm, not sweaty, is right.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash at 40 °C with a gentle spin, close the zip first. Do not bleach or tumble dry; the fabric gets softer with every wash.
