Terms and Conditions of the Sleepee Online Store https://lovesleepee.com (“Store”)
Defining, among others, the rules for concluding sales contracts via the Store, containing the most important information about the Seller, the Store, and Consumer rights.
The provisions regarding the privileged Entrepreneur apply to contracts concluded from January 1, 2025.

Annex No. 1: Model Withdrawal Form
- 1 DEFINITIONS
- Business Days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Consumer – a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
- Account – a free function of the Store regulated by separate terms and conditions (a service provided electronically), allowing the Buyer to set up an individual account in the Store.
- Buyer – any entity making purchases in the Store.
- Privileged Buyer – a Consumer or a privileged Entrepreneur.
- Privileged Entrepreneur – a natural person entering into a contract with the Seller directly related to their business activity but not having a professional nature (definition applicable to contracts concluded from January 1, 2021).
- Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions.
- Store – the Sleepee online store selling swaddles, blankets, and nests for children, operated by the Seller at https://www.lovesleepee.com/.
- Seller – Entrepreneurs registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business:
- Agnieszka Prusator, NIP 1181483869, REGON 140829684, operating under the name Sleepee S.C.
- Katarzyna Karaśkiewicz, NIP 5272396428, REGON 141712381, operating under the name Sleepee S.C.

- 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- To properly use the Store, you need:
- A device with internet access
- A web browser that supports JavaScript and cookies
- To place an order, an active email account is required.
- 4 SHOPPING IN THE STORE
- Product prices displayed in the Store are total prices for the goods.
- The total price of the order includes the price of the product and, if applicable, delivery costs.
- The selected product must be added to the cart in the Store.
- The Buyer then selects the delivery method and payment method and provides the necessary details for order fulfillment.
- The order is placed upon confirmation of its content and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Buyer.
- Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
- The Seller will provide the privileged Buyer with a confirmation of the sales contract on a durable medium at the latest upon delivery of the goods.
- The Buyer may register in the Store, i.e., set up an Account, or make purchases without registration by providing their details each time they place an order.
- 5 PAYMENTS
- Payment for the order can be made via:
- Payment card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro)
- Online payment platforms (Paypal, Stripe)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay
- 6 ORDER FULFILLMENT
- The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.
- The order fulfillment period is indicated in the Store.
- If the Buyer chooses an advance payment method, the Seller will start processing the order after receiving the payment.
- The order is delivered to the following countries:
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, USA, Switzerland, Sweden, UK, Italy.
- Goods are delivered via:
- Courier service
- Parcel lockers
- 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The privileged Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from:
- Receiving the goods by the Buyer or a third party indicated by the Buyer.
- Receiving the last item (for orders with multiple items delivered separately).
- The Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw via email.
- The Seller will refund payments received, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the receiving of goods returned.
- Return delivery costs must be covered by the Buyer.
- 8 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened
- Digital products or software provided in a sealed package, if opened
- 9 COMPLAINTS
- If the product is defective, the Buyer may file a complaint based on warranty provisions or any applicable guarantee.
- The Seller is liable for physical defects found within two years from delivery.
- Complaints should be submitted to the Seller via email or postal address.
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
- 10 PERSONAL DATA
- The Seller is the administrator of the Buyer’s personal data.
- The Buyer’s personal data is processed to fulfill the order and may be used for legal purposes.
- The Buyer has the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of their personal data.
- 11 RESERVATIONS
- It is prohibited to provide unlawful content through the Store.
- Each order placed in the Store is a separate contract requiring acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
- Contracts under these Terms are concluded in Polish.
- In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be the court at the Seller’s registered office.

- Consumer – A consumer as defined by the Civil Code.
- Account – A free function of the Store (service) regulated in these Terms, allowing the Buyer to create an individual account in the Store.
- Buyer – Any entity making a purchase in the Store.
- Privileged Buyer – A Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.
- Privileged Entrepreneur – A natural person entering into a contract with the Seller directly related to their business activity but not having a professional character (definition valid for contracts concluded from January 1, 2021).
- Regulations – These account regulations.
- Store – The Sleepee online store selling swaddles, blankets, and baby nests, operated by the Seller at https://lovesleepee.com.
- Seller – Entrepreneurs registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) in Poland:
- Agnieszka Prusator, NIP: 1181483869, REGON: 140829684, conducting business under the name Sleepee S.C. – partner in a civil partnership.

- 3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To properly function and create an Account, the following are required:
- An active email account
- A device with Internet access
- A web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies
- 4 ACCOUNT
- Creating an Account is entirely voluntary and depends on the Buyer’s choice.
- The Account provides additional features such as viewing order history, checking order status, and editing personal details.
- To create an Account, the Buyer must complete a registration form on the Store’s website.
- When an Account is created, a contract for account maintenance is concluded for an indefinite period between the Buyer and the Seller under the terms specified in these Regulations.
- The Buyer may delete their Account at any time, free of charge.
- To delete an Account, the Buyer must send a request to the Seller via email: hello@lovesleepee.com, which will result in the immediate deletion of the Account and termination of the account maintenance agreement.
- 5 COMPLAINTS
- Complaints regarding the Account’s functionality should be sent to hello@lovesleepee.com.
- The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days.
OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT RESOLUTION AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT METHODS
- If the complaint process does not bring the expected result, the Consumer may use the following out-of-court dispute resolution methods:
- Mediation conducted by the relevant Regional Trade Inspection Office, where the Consumer may submit a mediation request. Mediation is generally free of charge.
- Consumer arbitration court, operated by the Regional Trade Inspection Office, where the Consumer may submit a case for resolution. Arbitration is generally free of charge.
- Free assistance from the Municipal or District Consumer Ombudsman.
- Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home.howitworks.
- 6 PERSONAL DATA
- The Seller is the Data Controller for personal data provided by the Buyer when using the Account. Full details on data processing are available in the Store’s Privacy Policy in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of maintaining the Account. The legal basis for data processing is:
- Contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Legitimate interest in preventing fraud or legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Providing data is voluntary but necessary to maintain an Account. Failure to provide data means the Seller cannot maintain the Account.
- Personal data will be processed until:
- The Account is deleted by the Buyer or Seller upon request.
- The limitation period for claims related to the Account expires.
- The Buyer objects to data processing under legitimate interest.
- The Buyer has the right to request:
- Access to their data
- Correction of their data
- Deletion of their data
- Restriction of processing
- Data transfer to another controller
As well as the right to object to data processing for reasons related to their particular situation.
- To exercise these rights, the Buyer must contact the Seller.
- If the Buyer believes their data is being processed unlawfully, they can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- 7 RESERVATIONS
- The Buyer is prohibited from providing illegal content.
- The account maintenance contract is concluded in English.
- The Seller has the right to modify the Regulations for valid reasons, including:
a. Compliance with applicable laws.
b. Improving security.
c. Modifying the Account functionality, requiring changes to the Regulations. - Buyers will be notified of any changes at least 7 days before they take effect via email.
- If the Buyer does not accept the proposed changes, they must notify the Seller via email (hello@lovesleepee.com), which will result in the termination of the contract before the changes take effect.
- If the Buyer does not object, it is assumed they accept the changes, but they may still terminate the contract at any time.
- Any disputes with non-Privileged Buyers will be settled in the court with jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
