Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (Privileged Buyer), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period begins:
- On the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
- If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision via email at kontakt@sleepee.pl. You may use a standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Refunds:
- We will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Condition of Returned Goods:
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products:
- Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
- Digital content or software delivered in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Complaints & Warranty
If you receive a defective product, you have the right to file a complaint under the statutory warranty or any applicable commercial guarantee.

- We are liable for physical defects found within 2 years from the date of delivery.
- Complaints should be submitted via email to kontakt@sleepee.pl or by post to our registered office address.
- Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and photographic evidence if possible.
Complaint Handling:
- We will review your complaint within 14 days of receipt.
- If your complaint is accepted, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Repair or replacement of the product.
- A partial refund if you choose to keep the defective item.
- A full refund if the defect renders the product unusable.
